an escape by the sea
perfect location spacious room complimentary cosmetics available parking
The hotel's location charmed me. It sits perfectly near the seafront and a bandstand, complete with many restaurants. our room was beautifully clean and felt spacious. complimentary cosmetics and tea and coffee bags awaited us, a thoughtful touch. car parking spaces were readily available, which eased our arrival.
The showerhead was fixed and sprayed water a bit too freely. Some toiletries beyond the small sachet would have been welcome.

A buffet offers cereals, toast, fruit, and yogurt. Cooked options were also available for breakfast. the bar provided a nice selection of beers, wines, and spirits at reasonable prices. the food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel has an excellent location on the seafront, ideal for walks. it is just a short, pleasant walk to the town center. reaching the tennis courts was easy too, taking less than ten minutes.

the hotel location is very central, close to the sea promenade. a buffet breakfast was arranged and it was good. the bar staff are very good.
i found no toiletries besides one small sachet of hair and body shampoo.

helpful staff balcony access uncomfortable mattresses dated hotel
my room had access to a balcony. i found that the staff was really helpful with all things, i could ask them all i wanted. there was plenty of food available and i enjoyed the tea and cake.
the mattresses was not comfortable. i only got a little sleep but this was a me problem. the hotel overall seem old-fashioned and it seems like it needs a refurbishment in some places.

perfect seaside stay
dog-friendly room friendly staff ideal location
my room was dog-friendly, which i really appreciated i found all the hotel staff friendly and focused on customer service. the hotel's location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions. i also enjoyed having the reception bar open to non-residents.
the room became quite hot i found no air conditioning available. opening the windows was not an option due to seagull warnings. the room looked a bit shabby and tired adding to my discomfort.

the hotel has a perfect position on the sea front it is across the road from the beach and band stand. the train station is a short walk away which offers convenient access. it provided easy access to all attractions.

the hotel offers a reception bar, open to both residents and non-residents. there is a sound system playing quiet music in the airy space. the ambiance as soon as i entered the foyer was comfortable i felt at home.

the breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of choice. i needed an early start one day i would miss breakfast but alicia arranged a packed lunch instead. special mention should be given to the restaurant staff they went out of their way to be helpful.
